Most of the following inspection checklists are the collaborative effort of the participating cites. The checklists include some of the items commonly written up during the inspection process. These are only general lists and do not represent the full body of the Uniform Building Code. These are downloadable checklists in the Adobe Acrobat format. For projects permitted under the 2006 codes: The following checklists reflect the 2006 Washington State Building Codes. The Inspection Services Committee is in the process of revising others, and they will be posted as they become available.
