Permit Packets
You may transact limited-scope, over-the-counter electrical, low voltage electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and re-roof permits on this site. Generally, these are permits that do not require plans, calculations, other agency approval or staff interaction.
In addition, some jurisdictions are now offering electronic plan review for electrical, low voltage electrical, mechanical, plumbing and building re-roof permits that require plan review.
Combination building permits that normally include electrical, low voltage electrical, mechanical and/or plumbing work are not available at this time.
